Pure Bundle offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us and/ or cleaning out with us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, sellers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the Site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We buy and sell preloved or almost new children’s clothing to you. Please read these carefully before you place any orders and before you consider sending us any clothing. By placing an order with us you agree to accept these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please read these and “Our Clean Out Service” carefully before you.

In order for us to process your order, we will need to process certain of your personal data.  We respect your privacy and will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

SITE SECURITY AND VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attack our Site in any way or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site.

LINKING TO OUR SITE  

You may link to our Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The intellectual property rights in our Site and in all content made available to you through it are the sole property of Pure Bundle Limited. All such rights are reserved by Pure Bundle Limited. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on the Site, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.  This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The scope of our liability to you will differ depending on whether or not you make any purchases through the Site or if we buy any items from you.  Please see our Terms of Service for further details of our liability to you in those circumstances.

Please note that we only provide the Site to you for your domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?  

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that we will both first attempt to settle any dispute by negotiating in good faith, failing which the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

  1. Our Returns Policy sets out everything you need to know if you want to return an item to us. 
  2. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process any personal data you provide to us. By using our Site, you consent to such processing.

OUR PRODUCT

We offer "like new", preloved, quality clothes in excellent condition. The products for sale on the Site are bundles of items or individual items. Each bundle or item is unique - we only carry one piece of each product and we do not stock extra sizes.

Pure Bundle have a strict inspecting, curating, photographing and packing process, and offer a Love It Guarantee

Items listed for sale will fit into one of the following three categories:

- New with Tags - items with tags intact that have never been worn 

- Immaculate condition - items in such good condition they look like they could be new 

- Excellent condition with tiny blemish - items in excellent condition that have one small fault, e.g. tiny dot of a hole, tiny mark, slightest fading

Items listed for sale will be from a quality brand. You can find our Accepted Brand List here. We reserve the right to make updates to this brand list at any time.

Items will generally only be listed with labels intact. On occasion, items will be listed without labels where we can ascertain brand and size by other means. On occasion, item labels may have initials written on the label or be tagged with a name tag.

We provide the details of the items in a bundle in the description, so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you read the full item description to learn the exact state and any imperfections of each bundle and items.

If for any reason you're not happy with your items, we offer returns within 14 days. Bundles must be returned as a complete bundle - individual items cannot be returned. You can find our Returns Policy here.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Pricing

CurrencyAll prices are in GBP / £ sterling.

VATOur items are not subject to VAT.

Orders

You may only place an order with us if you are 18 or over. Please take the time to read and check your order at each step of the order process.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation setting out details of your items and the expected delivery time.

Acceptance of your order: Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you this order confirmation, at which point a contract will come into existence between us. 

If we cannot accept your order: If we are unable to accept your order (this might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the item or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline), we will email you and we will not charge you for the item(s).

Incorrect order information: We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may experience if you provide incorrect information during the order process and this leads to the wrong items being delivered or your items being sent to the wrong address.

We only sell to the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside of the UK.

Payment

The total amount in your basket must be paid upon ordering.

We accept payment with: 

  • All major credit or debit cards
  • PayPal

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any associated delay or non-delivery.  

Packaging

We package all our orders in Repack Reusable Bags, and customers are asked to send the bag back to us by returning the Repack Reusable Bag to us empty, using the shipping label provided. We ask this to reduce packaging waste, as aligned with our mission.

If customers have outgrown baby clothes they can use the Repack Reusable Bag to send their clothes to us, as outlined in the Terms of Service. In this case, contact us at support@purebundle.com so that we can provide you with a new shipping label.

Delivery

Items will be delivered by Royal Mail or Collect Plus to the address provided by you on your order form. You can find our Shipping Policy here

Delivery costs: Pure Bundle offers free standard delivery in the UK in orders above £50. 

Delivery time: We will let you know the estimated delivery date for your item during the order process, but normally between 2-7 days.

If you are not at home when the item is delivered: If a parcel cannot be delivered to a home address, and there is no safe place or willing neighbour to accept the item then the parcel will be returned to the local depot and a card will be left to advise of this. The card has contact details printed on it and the recipient can arrange redelivery using the reference on this card. 

Faulty items: Pure Bundle will carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery. Please check the condition of your item when it arrives. If there is a fault with an item as result of the delivery process, please contact us  at: support@purebundle.com as soon as possible.

Delayed deliveries: If delivery of your item is delayed, email us at  support@purebundle.com and we will contact our shipping provider to help locate it. However, we will not be responsible for delivering an item late or not delivering part of an order if the delay is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

Delays outside of our control: If delivery of your item is delayed by an event outside of our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us if you would like a refund for any items you have paid for but not received.

When we may refuse to make a delivery: 

 We may refuse to deliver an item to you if:

  • You do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 5 working days of us reminding you that payment is due;
  • You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide you with an item; or
  • You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver an item to you.

In any of those circumstances, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for items we have not delivered to you but we may deduct reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your actions.

If you change your mind about ordering from us 

If you change your mind about ordering an item from us, please contact us  at: support@purebundle.com.  If possible, please provide your order number, name, address, and details of your order. 

If you change your mind about ordering an item from us for any reason after the item has been dispatched to you or after you have received it, you must return the item to us. You must post it back to us at Pure Bundle Limited,  Unit 347, 19-21 Crawford Street, W1H 1PJ, London. Please email us at support@purebundle.com.

If you have a problem with an item 

If you have a question or complaint about an item, please contact us at: support@purebundle.com .  

You have a legal right to reject an item / not proceed with your order in certain circumstances. For example, if:

  • Your item is faulty or misdescribed;
  • We delivered your item late;
  • You have changed your mind about the item;
  • We have told you about an upcoming change to these Terms, our Returns Policy or our Privacy Policy which you do not agree to;
  • We have told you about an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed with your order;
  • There is a risk that delivery of an item may be significantly delayed because of events outside of our control;
  • We have suspended deliveries for technical reasons, or notify we are going to suspend deliveries for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 7 days; or
  • Because of something we have done wrong.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. 

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights including the right to receive items which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; and supplied with reasonable skill and care. However, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to items you order from us.

We are not liable for business losses. We only supply items for domestic and private use. If you use our items for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for, without limitation, any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Other important terms 

When you become responsible for the goods. An item will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the item to the address you gave us.

When you own goods. You own an item once we have received payment in full.

Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person will be able to enforce any of its Terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person to end the contract or make any changes to these Terms.

Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the items in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the items in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the items in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

OUR CLEAN OUT SERVICE 

These are the terms on which we buy preloved children’s clothing from you. Please read these Terms carefully before you consider sending us any clothing.

Sending clothes to us

First, you will first need to fill the Clean Out with Pure Bundle Form, letting us know what clothes you want to send. You will choose a shipping method to send the clothing to us, and payment method for Pure Bundle to pay you for your items.

Shipping Options

To send us your preloved baby and toddler clothes, you can choose in the form one of the following shipping options:

  1. Receive a Pure Bundle reusable Clean Out Bag by post. You'll be able to fill the Bag up with your baby and toddler clothes. Close it with the velcro, then use the enclosed Pure Bundle return label to seal the package. Drop the bag off at any Collect Plus store free of charge. 
  2. Reuse any box or packaging you have at home.  
If you choose this option, include a note with your full name, email and phone number before you seal your bag, so that we know the package is from you. Our address is: Pure Bundle, Unit 347, 19-21 Crawford Street, London W1H 1PJ, UK. 
If possible, choose a signed or tracked shipping method with Royal Mail or another provider. You’ll pay for postage, but we will reimburse your shipping cost up to £5.00. To be reimbursed for shipping, send us a picture of your shipping receipt. 

We’ll let you know within 10 days of receipt what items have been accepted and curated into bundles.



Quantity

Send at least ten (10) items of pre loved baby and toddler’s clothing.

Acceptance Criteria

We accept baby and toddler clothes that are clean, branded and in excellent condition.

 All clothes that we buy from you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be children’s clothing from 0-3 years old;
  • Clean (freshly washed)
  • Quality brands: From a quality brand. See our Accepted Brand List here. We reserve the right to make updates to this brand list at any time. 
  • Excellent condition, for example:
    • size and care labels 
    • stitching, buttons and zips must be in good condition;
    • no stains, holes, rips or tears on the outside or inside of the clothes;
    • colours must not be faded;
    • no piling (little bobbles) on the materials;
  • We do not accept fast fashion items, such as Asda, Primark or H&M. If you are unsure whether we will accept a certain brand, don’t hesitate to contact us before sending us your item.
  • If in doubt, please don't send us anything of a lesser quality than you would be happy to buy.
  • New clothes with the price tag still on will also be accepted and we will pay more for these clothes than for the equivalent used clothes.

We do not accept any of the following types of items in any condition:

  • Children’s shoes or accessories such as: belts, straps, gloves, scarfs
  • Underwear: briefs, knickers, socks, long underwear;
  • Home-made or knitted clothes;
  • Clothes with no brand or size labels; or
  • Counterfeit clothes (we will have full discretion to determine if an item is counterfeit).

Clothes that we do not accept 

We reserve the right to be selective about which products we accept to sell on our Site. If we agree to sell your products and list them for sale on our Site, we do not provide you with a guarantee that they will sell. Any items not accepted for resale will be given to charity partners or recycling partners. 

Pricing

The pricing of items is at the complete discretion of Pure Bundle. Payment for individual items is determined based on the brand, condition, and type of clothing item.

Inspections and Curation

After we receive the items, we:

  • Inspect & Revitalise: Items are put through a 10-point inspection to ensure the highest quality and condition for resale. 
  • Curate, Photograph & List: Items are bundled, professionally photographed and listed with detailed descriptions. 
  • Package & Send: Bundles are sustainably packaged and sent to buyers for delivery

Payments and Timing

In the Clean Out with Pure Bundle Form, you’ll choose if you’d like to be paid upfront or on consignment, that is, when items are sold.

UPFRONT: If you’ve chosen to be paid upfront, you’ll receive 25% of the estimated resale value of your accepted items, within 10 days of receipt. 

CONSIGNMENT: If you’ve chosen to be paid when items are sold you’ll get 35% of the selling price. The payment will be made to you every 2 months on payment days. We’ll let you know of any items sold and the associated payment by email, on payment days.  

Payment days: 15th December, 15th February, 15th April, 15th June, 15th August and 15th October. Payment will be the sum of all items sold in the preceding period of two months up to the 1st day of the month when payment is being made.

Periods: Periods are entire calendar months, such as, October and November, December and January, February and March, April and May, June and July, August and September.

Payment Method: You will be paid via Paypal or Bank Transfer, depending on what method you chose in the Clean Out with Pure Bundle Form

Bank transfer: If you choose this option, you will need to provide us with your bank sort code and account number. Your bank details will be deleted within 30 days of payment being made.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our Clean Out service without notice at any time. In the event we discontinue our service, we will offer the option to have clothing returned to you with you paying the cost of shipping, or have clothing donated to our charity partners.

Items in consignment not sold

If items in consignment haven’t been sold for one year (360 days) the seller has the option to:

(a) have the items returned to them, with the seller covering the cost of postage; 

(b) have Pure Bundle donate the items to families in need through charity partners;

(c) The item might be kept for resale for a longer period, if agreed by both parts.

If Pure Bundle do not receive a response after 2 attempts to contact the seller, we might keep it for resale or pass the items onto charity.

Liability

Before your filled reusable Clean Out Bag reaches us, Collect Plus will usually accept liability for any bag that has been dispatched to us via CollectPlus up to a value of £50.

If you are concerned about an incident during dispatch to us, please contact us at support@purebundle.com.

Once your filled reusable Clean Out Bag reaches us, we accept full responsibility for it.

If your filled reusable Clean Out Bag is lost or damaged once it is in our possession, we will reimburse you for the cost of your items. If this happens, we will contact you in advance to agree a price.
