We know returning products can be a hassle, so we do our best to make it super simple!

If you want to return a product for any reason, we are more than happy to accept almost all returns - just read the terms below.

 

TERMS 

  • You must contact us at support@purebundle.com requesting a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Your items must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • If returning a bundle, you must return the full bundle. Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned. Individual items purchased as ‘add on items’ can be returned individually.
  • Your items must be full price items - sale items cannot be returned except in the event that the items are damaged or faulty, as may be required under law.
  • If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping your products.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning your products. We use Shippit for our shipping, and will charge you the amount quoted by Shippit for the return.
STEPS 
  1. Make sure your products meet the conditions stated in our terms.
  2. Contact us at support@purebundle.com and let us know which bundle and/or add-on items you wish to return.
  3. We will email you further instructions on shipping us your products.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all products to ensure they meet the requirements stated in our terms.
  5. If accepted, the total amount paid will be refunded to you less the cost of returning your products, through the original method of payment.

* Remember to check your products as soon as you receive them to ensure you are satisfied and you don't miss our 10 day returns window.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
