We know returning products can be a hassle, so we do our best to make it super simple!
If you want to return a product for any reason, we are more than happy to accept almost all returns - just read the terms below
- You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
- Your items must in the same condition that you received them, with Pure Bundle tags
- Your items must be in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- If returning a bundle, you must return the full bundle. Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned. Individual items purchased as ‘add on items’ can be returned individually
- Sale items cannot be returned except in the event that the items are damaged or faulty, as may be required under law
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping your products
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning your products
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
- Make sure your products meet the conditions stated in our terms.
- Contact us at email@example.com and let us know which bundle and/or add-on items you wish to return.
- Shipping: We will email you further instructions on shipping us your products, but normally this is the process:
- Place bundle / add-on items in the original bag. Include in the parcel a note with your name, email, phone, order number and reason for return (if we don't provide a return slip in your bag)
- Seal the bag with tape
- Send to: Pure Bundle Limited, Unit 347, 19-21 Crawford Street, London, W1H 1PJ, United Kingdom.
- Choose a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed in up to 15 days after receipt (but normally much sooner) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
Each Bundle is unique. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss if we have another bundle that will fit your sizing and styling needs. If the replacement option chosen is more expensive than the initial bundle purchased, we will charge the price difference.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
