Pop your items in bags or boxes
Pop items that meet our quality and condition criteria in some clean bags or boxes you have in your home. We'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup (Sydney only).
You receive 30% of the resale value of each item sold - as payment, store credit, or a donation to a children's charity on your behalf. Any items that don't meet our criteria or we are unable to sell will be given to families in need through our charity partners or recycled.
QUALITY AND CONDITION CRITERIA
We're after the sorts of items you'd be happy to give to your best friend.
We treat your clothing carefully and thoroughly inspect every item using our quality assurance process. Items that meet our strict quality standards are curated into a bundle with other items, professionally photographed and listed on Pure Bundle
What are our three quality and condition criteria?
Free from stains, pilling, rips or holes.
Size and care labels intact.
Please do not include items that are ripped, stained, or have extreme pilling.
This will help us to provide the most funds and items we can to those families in need.
Instead, perhaps these sorts of items can be used around the home as cleaning rags, gardening ties, dog toys . . . ?
I just want all this stuff out of my cupboards. It's taking up so much space!

The idea of reuse really appeals to me. It makes me feel good to be part of something bigger.
Jack, expecting Dad
I love the idea of items and funds going to families that desperately need them.
